Multiplayer Note:
Select the region and the room code you want, it will automatically create new session if there is none, or join an already ongoing session.
Controls:
Move: WASD
Flashlight on/off: F
Flashlight Focus: Hold Right Click
Metal Detector: Hold Q
Dig: Hold Left Click
Take Item: E
Tutorial:
- Use Metal Detector to detect treasures and item underground
- Dig out treasure to collect them
- Collect enough treasure to fill in the daily quota to progress to the next night
- Watch out for ghost, the can grab hold of you, repeatedly press A & D to get out of their hold
- Shine your flashlight to slow the ghosts, Focus it to burn & eliminate them, be mindful of the battery though

Cute! Really nice game. Reminded me of Don't Starve (in a good way). I found it a bit too hard but with some balancing I think this would be a great game! I don't think it was clear that I was trying to get a certain amount of anything until I failed to do it, so maybe that could have been clearer. Different types of enemies, more nuanced enemy mechanics, and showing the item you picked up on screen would be nice too. Great job!

funnily, the original idea has a progression upgrade each night (flashlight, shovel, detector) to help with the difficulty increase. i also had another enemy (zombie) and a crossbow, but all of that had to be cut down (plus other feature like stamina for sprinting).
and i do agree that some kind of tutorial/instruction would be great, but i ran out of time to do any of that.

I tried but I didn't see an X or anything. I must have wandered off to a place with no treasure.
That's RNG lol, sometimes it generate all the treasure close to each other in 1 area lol
Just my luck to go to the place with no treasure. I was happy to kill ghosts tho. So I was just walking around doing that until I died haha
